Replacement, Warranty Policy Overview :

We are in DESISHOPPING.xyz offering all Genuine Products. Many of the product comes with brand warranty and some don't. If a particular item has a warranty, it should be made specific on the website, on the invoice, or on a separate warranty card for the different warranty periods. Please be aware that a replacement warranty is only available for a specific product once, and that within that time, if the product gets further problems or the same problems from future incidents, it will be covered as part of a service warranty. To put it simply, The replacement warranty is valid at one time only. It cannot be replaced more than once by us.

Here is the simple and easy way to get a replacement, if there is an issue such as :

  • Manufacturing fault
  • OS related fault but NOT for any Apps
  • If there is no power due to a device issue (No warranty for any kinds of accessories. Such as Remote, Keyboard, Light, Battery Etc.)
  • If the product is restarting or not running even 60% of its performance.

In general, if a product is sold with a replacement guarantee, it indicates that, upon inspection and qualification, you will receive a new product. There many reasons why it may be rejected or disqualified for a replacement. For your kind reference, let me list a few reasons.-

  • If there is any physical damage
  • If there is any burn or similar
  • If the product is not with the original software or warranty void stickers.
  • If the product is not with the original software or warranty void stickers
  • If there is any item replaced once, their wont be any warranty for the replaced items.

If there is such an environment that we don't have enough product to give a quick replacement, it may take a little longer time to get the product as a replacement. If we don't get the product and if there is no chance to get it in the near future, we may offer a service warranty instead.

Brand Warranty

Brand Warranty : Brand Warranty Brand warranty are warranties provided by the brand/manufacturer of the product. DESISHOPPPING.xyz does not take any responsibility for after-sales services provided by the brand/manufacturer. In order to submit products for repair or replacement under warranty terms, customers must contact the brand directly through their authorized service facilities.

Note: All warranties does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

If a product is returned to us by customer in an inadequate condition (e.g. incomplete, missing accessories or damaged Product & Packaging)

If we get the product in physically damaged (e.g. broken packaging, scratched, burnt, wet, altered, modified condition, etc.) or repaired , In that case, DESISHOPPING.XYZ will not provide any kind of warranty/Replacement/Refund for such poor condition.

If your product is defective/ damaged/ incorrect/ incomplete at the time of delivery​?

Please capture photo or record a video before unpack your ordered package for claiming any defect issues or damaged products. In this case, customers are requested to inform us within 24 hours from the period of delivery. The product And Product Package must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.

Note : We reserve the right to send it back to you.

Return, exchange, Refund or Warranty won't be applicable for the bellow conditions-

  • We will not accept returns when the customer receives the product after ordering and changes their mind
  • Ordering products by mistake will not be accepted as an excuse.
  • Physical Damage or burn items
  • All kinds of Digital products and software
  • Clearance sell items
  • If the intact seal is torn or damaged
  • Undergarments items
  • Any accessories or Charger or Adapter
  • Any kinds of gift items which is not paid
  • If the product has any scratches
  • If the item is not in resalable conditions
  • If the item is not including all the accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered
  • If any 3rd party app or software or device is not compatible

You must need to return all the boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.

After receiving the product, we will check it and inform you of the status. If a refund is required, it will be processed within 5-15 days of receiving the item. If the customer has received any discount, cashback, or gift, it must be returned before the refund is issued.

If there is any fault with the product, we will bear the courier charges: Tk 80 within Dhaka and Tk 150 outside Dhaka. Any additional charges will need to be covered by the customer. If the product is fine but the customer still wishes to return it for a refund, we will not accept the return. You can be 100% sure that the product you order is exactly as shown on the website or page. If the product gets damaged due to any circumstances or accident, please check and confirm the product in front of the delivery man. Before unpacking your ordered package, kindly capture a photo or record a video.

How to order?

First you click on the product you want to purchase, that product has a code. Enter all information, select the product according to the code and select the size / color if available, then click buy now. Then enter all your information fill our check out box, you select your payment option. Then click on Place Order. Then you can place an order successfully. To confirm the order, you must confirm the order by paying the delivery charge in advance, and after the order is confirmed, the invoice will be sent to your mail. Please check your mail inbox or spam box.

What is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge is 80 BDT inside Dhaka and 150 BDT outside Dhaka.

Why is the delivery charge taken in advance?

The delivery charge is taken in advance to ensure that the delivery process is smooth and efficient. This helps cover the logistics and transportation costs upfront, reducing the risk of cancellations and ensuring that the product reaches you promptly. It also confirms your commitment to the order, enabling us to process and ship it with confidence.

After a customer places an order, sometimes when the delivery person calls, the customer doesn't answer or refuses to accept the product without any valid reason. Occasionally, customers return the products without even seeing them. In such cases, the delivery charge is deducted from us, causing us a loss. There are many fake customers like this. Therefore, we require the delivery charge to be paid in advance.

After placing the order, how many days will it take for the product to be delivered?

Delivery is made within 2-3 days (inside Dhaka) and 3-5 days (outside Dhaka). (Inshallah, hopefully you will receive the delivery even earlier.)

Can I check the product upon delivery?

You can check the product at the time of delivery. In case of any condition or accident that results in the product being damaged, or if we have sent the wrong product, you should check the product in front of the delivery person and make the payment. No excuses will be accepted once our delivery person leaves.
However, we have some special category products that come with special stickers. You need to make the payment to the delivery man first and then check those products. When the customer unboxes the delivered products, they must record a video of the unboxing. If the video shows that we sent the wrong product, we will replace it at our own expense, and the customer will not have to pay any extra charges. However, excuses such as "I don't have money," "I ordered by mistake," etc., will not be accepted.

My order has not been delivered yet. Where is it?

Please click on "My Account" or go to the "Track Your Order" page. There, you can enter your order number and the email address used for the order to find out the location or status of your product.

Do you deliver products throughout Bangladesh?

Yes, indeed, we provide home delivery throughout Bangladesh using various courier services.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We deliver products within seven days using various courier services. We do not have our own delivery personnel. Deliveries of ordered products often occur during official holidays, and sometimes there are delays due to specific government holidays. Deliveries typically resume after the conclusion of such holidays, depending on the courier service.

Do you need to sign in to your website to order products?

No, no sign-in is required on our website to order products. However, you must be signed in to find product locations or share product reviews with us. For that click on My Account and login.

Can the order be canceled after ordering?

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so by calling us at the provided phone number or messaging us on WhatsApp. However, if we have already dispatched the product via courier, canceling the order may not be possible.

How do I change the delivery address on my account?

To change your delivery address in your account, follow these 2 steps:

Log in to your account.
Under the title "Address," select "Manage Shipping and Billing Addresses" where you can edit the existing shipping and/or billing address information.
*Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed.

How do I change my account password?

There are two ways you can update your account password

1. If you click on the "Forgot Password" link before logging into your account, you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your email address. Then, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

"If you don't find any emails in your inbox/spam folder, it's possible you don't have an account. To confirm, try creating an account. If you're able to create an account using the same email, then you didn't have an account previously."

2. "Log in to your account using your current password and click on 'Edit Password' under 'Account Information'."
