How to Place an Order?

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. You can ask for a return or replacement if you don't receive.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

It is found in your account. Also, when you place an order, we email you all the details of the order.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item You can inform through phone call or message We will guide you the process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In most cases, we can, but sometimes it isn't possible if the manufacturer stops making these products.

How do I change the delivery address on my account?

To change your delivery address in your account, follow these 2 steps:

Log in to your account.
Under the title "Address," select "Manage Shipping and Billing Addresses" where you can edit the existing shipping and/or billing address information.
*Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed.

Can the order be canceled after ordering?

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so by calling us at the provided phone number or messaging us on WhatsApp. However, if we have already dispatched the product via courier, canceling the order may not be possible.

Coupon, Discount & Promo Information

How do I get coupon or promo codes?

You'll find it. Checkout page.

How do I Apply it?

Desishopping.xyz offers coupon, discount and promo codes for the customers. You can easily get those codes and use to purchase products.

1. First, select the product you want and click on the BUY NOW button.
2. You will redirect to the checkout page, You will se the Option.

Is there any limitations ?

Each of the coupon codes has limitation or validity.

Can I ask for a coupon code?

No, it only available whenever we want to.

Can I share my codes with others?

No you shouldn’t. In most cases it wont work, if it is then you will lose your one.

Delivery System?

Using our delivery system or courier services, we are able to deliver to almost every location in Bangladesh. We also offer door-to-door or homes delivery services. Payment for the product can also be made after your order is received. We make it simple to check the product before paying the bill in most of our locations.

What We Reeally Do?

We have a large selection of products from many suppliers, so we may deliver to you at any time. Additionally, we are available to clients for additional information.

Shopping Information

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
  1. We only charge a small amount of money to deliver your order products. It actually varies on item weight and distance. When you pay for an item it’s included in your total charge.
How long will delivery take?

Usually, we deliver the order as soon as we get it. It takes almost 02-03 working days to get inside Dhaka, per our regulations. For all other locations outside of Dhaka, it would take 03-05 days to reach you.
We offer the ability to accept orders from customers at the time that works best for them. The delivery man will always phone to confirm that your order can be received before coming at your place.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order, we carefully check and pack the products, and send to your address. Sometimes, we call to confirm orders.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, of course, you will get it when you place/received your order. Please keep it carefully for feature reference or return any wrong item.

Do You Offer Delivery Confirmation?

Yes we do. You will get a call when your product arrived at your destination.

My order has not been delivered yet. Where is it?

Please click on "My Account" or go to the "Track Your Order" page. There, you can enter your order number and the email address used for the order to find out the location or status of your product.

Do you deliver products throughout Bangladesh?

Yes, indeed, we provide home delivery throughout Bangladesh using various courier services.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We deliver products within seven days using various courier services. We do not have our own delivery personnel. Deliveries of ordered products often occur during official holidays, and sometimes there are delays due to specific government holidays. Deliveries typically resume after the conclusion of such holidays, depending on the courier service.

Can I check the product upon delivery?

You can check the product at the time of delivery. In case of any condition or accident that results in the product being damaged, or if we have sent the wrong product, you should check the product in front of the delivery person and make the payment. No excuses will be accepted once our delivery person leaves.
However, we have some special category products that come with special stickers. You need to make the payment to the delivery man first and then check those products. When the customer unboxes the delivered products, they must record a video of the unboxing. If the video shows that we sent the wrong product, we will replace it at our own expense, and the customer will not have to pay any extra charges. However, excuses such as "I don't have money," "I ordered by mistake," etc., will not be accepted.

Payment Information

Why is the delivery charge taken in advance?

The delivery charge is taken in advance to ensure that the delivery process is smooth and efficient. This helps cover the logistics and transportation costs upfront, reducing the risk of cancellations and ensuring that the product reaches you promptly. It also confirms your commitment to the order, enabling us to process and ship it with confidence.

After a customer places an order, sometimes when the delivery person calls, the customer doesn't answer or refuses to accept the product without any valid reason. Occasionally, customers return the products without even seeing them. In such cases, the delivery charge is deducted from us, causing us a loss. There are many fake customers like this. Therefore, we require the delivery charge to be paid in advance.

What is wishlist?

It’s a feature that allows customers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You easily return or replace your products. To more info, check our return/replace section or call us via number.

What is package tracking in my orders?

Package tracking or package logging is the process of localizing shipping containers, mail and parcel post at different points of time during sorting, warehousing, and package delivery to verify their provenance and to predict and aid delivery.

How do I change my account password?

There are two ways you can update your account password

1. If you click on the "Forgot Password" link before logging into your account, you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your email address. Then, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

"If you don't find any emails in your inbox/spam folder, it's possible you don't have an account. To confirm, try creating an account. If you're able to create an account using the same email, then you didn't have an account previously."

Do you need to sign in to your website to order products?

No, no sign-in is required on our website to order products. However, you must be signed in to find product locations or share product reviews with us. For that click on My Account and login.
