Delivery Options Overview
All parcels from Desi Shopping will be delivered in closed boxes. This means that you must make the payment before receiving the parcel. There will be no opportunity to check or inspect the product during delivery, and you cannot return or refuse the parcel upon delivery, regardless of whether you like the product or not. The delivery company's responsibility is solely to deliver the product.
For almost all tech or gadget products, especially those that are battery-operated, they need to be charged for 3 to 6 hours and tested according to the proper procedures. However, the courier agent will certainly not wait for 2 to 3 hours to charge the device. Additionally, we do not offer an option for instant returns to customers. Remember, we are selling products to customers, not sending them for a trial.
Some might say that charging the product for 30 minutes and then testing it could work, but that will not be feasible either. After charging, it might need to be configured with a mobile phone, which requires additional time and expertise that a courier agent cannot provide. This support will be provided by Desi Shopping as the seller. If there are any issues with the product, customers should directly contact us.
After receiving the product, you must make a full unboxing video at home. If anything is missing from the package or if the wrong product is delivered, you must send this video to us as proof. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. If there is an error on our part in delivering the wrong product, we will replace it at our own expense.

How Deliveries Works At Desi Shopping
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on where you would like the item delivered. For your convenience, here are some timings.
- Inside Dhaka
After confirmation, we usually deliver the next day. In rare instances, which may take up to 2 to 3 working days or longer, we will provide an update via email or phone.
- Outside Dhaka/ All Bangladesh
When you check out, you will be given an approximate delivery date. We use different courier services to deliver to all main cities in the nation. Within 03-05 working days, almost all of national orders deliver. Particular situations may require more time, but don't worry—we'll keep you informed and provide the most accurate delivery timeline available.
Note : After receiving an order, we typically deliver within 24 hours (provided the order was placed and confirmed by 3 PM). Orders placed after 3 PM will usually be delivered the next day.
Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes, we do charge for shipping; however, the cost will vary based on the location and size of your specific order. We offer free delivery across Bangladesh, within Dhaka, or outside Dhaka during specific times or special occasions.
Inside Dhaka
Most deliveries in Dhaka city are made between 2 to 3 days. We deliver orders nationwide by collaborating with various courier services. For delivery within Dhaka, most items will cost you between BDT 60 and 100.
Outside Dhaka
Most deliveries outside Dhaka take about 3 to 5 days. We deliver orders across the country by collaborating with different courier services. For deliveries outside Dhaka, most items will cost you between BDT 120 and 150 at checkout; in rare cases, we may provide you with a shipping estimate during checkout.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your item is confirmed and shipped from our vendor's or source's warehouse, you will receive an email from us (in your inbox or spam box). If your order is placed before 3 PM, we typically deliver within 24 hours. Your email or SMS may include a tracking number if necessary.
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order online by logging into your account.
How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been confirmed and delivered out of our warehouse, we'll send you an email. As an alternative, you can track your order by logging into your account. To prevent any problems in the delivery of the materials, we typically keep all of our customers informed about their packages. Keep an eye on your messages or phone calls to ensure that the item is delivered to you.
Desi Shopping Return Policies Overview :
We are committed to ensuring that each of your purchases and every product meets your expectations. However, if for any reason there is a manufacturing fault in the product, or if the product does not work upon receipt, or if the color or size is different from what was ordered, you have the opportunity to exchange or return the item. In case of missing products or complaints about receiving different products, you must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery or make sure to record an unboxing video. Complaints about missing items, damaged products, or receiving different products without an unboxing video will not be accepted. To avoid misunderstandings, we request that you record an unboxing video of the product.
For products that come with a warranty, such as 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc., if any fault is proven within 7 days from the invoice date, we request the customer to send the product to our address using Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedX, E-Courier, Steadfast, or any other courier service that provides office delivery. Please do not send via SA Paribohon, as they do not have office delivery services. This could cause delays of 3 to 7 days in collecting the product from their branch, which may result in a longer time to provide a solution to the customer.
Note: Before sending the product, you must ensure that everything you received at the time of delivery is included and that the product is neatly boxed and wrapped. Do not apply tape directly to the product box. If the original box is not available, you can use newspaper to wrap the product and then apply tape on top before sending it via courier. If the product or its packaging is damaged due to improper packing or if it is not in resalable condition, the return request will not be accepted.
What do I do if I've placed an order and need to change my delivery details?
Please contact us by phone/WhatsApp at +8801303117477 or by email. If the item has not yet been dispatched by courier, please email us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Unfortunately, once the product has been dispatched by courier, we are unable to change the delivery information.
Desi Shopping Return Policies
The list of cases where product return, exchange, warranty, and refund will not be applicable is provided below
- We will not accept returns when the customer receives the product after ordering and changes their mind
- Ordering products by mistake will not be accepted as an excuse.
- If the product has any type of burn or physical damage, the warranty will not be applicable.
- All kinds of Digital products and software
- Clearance sell items
- If the product's intact seal or sticker is removed, the warranty policy will not apply. For example, if the product has a 1-year warranty, any issues that arise within that period will be covered under after-sales service warranty. However, returns or exchanges for reasons such as "not liking" the product will not be applicable for return, refund, or exchange.
- Undergarments items
- The warranty will not be applicable if the product has any scratches, stains, adhesive marks, or is not in resellable condition.
- Any kinds of gift items which is not paid
- If the item is not in resalable conditions
If the item does not include all accessories, paperwork, and other items that were delivered, and if the packing invoice is not present...
- There will be no warranty for any type of accessories, charger, or adapter that comes with the product.
- In cases where there are compatibility issues with any third-party hardware, device, app, or software that are not default features of the product, if the product works with standard devices but does not work with a specific device, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

You must return all boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, and gift items in the proper box and without applying any sticky tape to the product. You need to send the item to our office address via courier, and you will have to pay the courier charge when sending the package to us. After receiving the product, we will check it and inform you of the status. If a return is necessary, it will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. If the customer receives any discounts, cashback, or gifts, these must be returned.
If there is any fault with the product, we will bear the courier charge: 70 BDT within Dhaka and 130 BDT outside Dhaka. If there are any additional charges, the customer will need to bear those. If the product is fine but the customer still wants to return it and get a refund, we will not accept the return. You can be 100% sure that you are ordering the product exactly as shown on the page and website. If the product is damaged for any reason or due to an accident, you must record a full unboxing video after receiving the product.
Note:
- If not contacted within 24 hours, your complaint will not be entertained.
- We never return or exchange products unless there is a problem with the product.

Before returning a product, please submit the product, customer, and other required information in this Google Form.
After submitting the form, our team will verify the customer information and the product details within 24 hours to ensure they match. If the information is accurate, we will attempt to resolve the issue over the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved during the initial support, we will provide an approval code for returning the product. When returning the product, please ensure that the code is clearly written either inside the package on paper or visibly on the outside of the packaging with a pen or marker. This will help us quickly identify the return and expedite the resolution of your issue.
Step 1: After sending the product to us, the customer must send the booking slip to us via WhatsApp. Click Hare
Step 2: Once the product arrives, it will be inspected. If the customer’s claim is proven to be valid, the product will either be repaired, replaced, or the necessary actions will be taken to resolve the issue.
Step 3: If our test finds no fault in the product, the same product will be couriered back to the customer’s address after receiving the courier fee from the customer. If necessary, an issue-solving video will be shared.
Step 4: If a fault is found in the product, the issue will be repaired or necessary fixes will be made, or the product will be replaced and couriered to the customer’s address at our own expense.
Who will bear the courier fee?
If a fault in the product is found within 7 days from the invoice date, the courier fee for sending the product to us will be borne by you/the customer, and we will replace and send it back to the customer at our expense. However, if the warranty issue arises after 7 days, for instance, if a product with a 6-month warranty requires support after 2 months, the up-and-down courier fees will be borne by the customer. Therefore, before returning the product, you/the customer must thoroughly test it from every possible angle to confirm the issue.
How long will delivery and return take?
From our end, we take up to 72 hours to process each order, but we aim to hand it over to the courier as soon as possible. Generally, deliveries within Dhaka take 1-3 days after being handed over to the courier. For deliveries outside Dhaka, it usually takes 2-5 days.
In the case of returns, once the product reaches us, it may take 5-15 days to check the product, identify the issue, and provide a proper solution. After that, it will be handed over to the courier. Therefore, you/the customer should allow sufficient time for the return process.

First you click on the product you want to purchase, that product has a code. Enter all information, select the product according to the code and select the size / color if available, then click buy now. Then enter all your information fill our check out box, you select your payment option. Then click on Place Order. Then you can place an order successfully. To confirm the order, you must confirm the order by paying the delivery charge in advance, and after the order is confirmed, the invoice will be sent to your mail. Please check your mail inbox or spam box.
The delivery charge is 80 BDT inside Dhaka and 150 BDT outside Dhaka.
The delivery charge is taken in advance to ensure that the delivery process is smooth and efficient. This helps cover the logistics and transportation costs upfront, reducing the risk of cancellations and ensuring that the product reaches you promptly. It also confirms your commitment to the order, enabling us to process and ship it with confidence.
After a customer places an order, sometimes when the delivery person calls, the customer doesn't answer or refuses to accept the product without any valid reason. Occasionally, customers return the products without even seeing them. In such cases, the delivery charge is deducted from us, causing us a loss. There are many fake customers like this. Therefore, we require the delivery charge to be paid in advance.
Delivery is made within 2-3 days (inside Dhaka) and 3-5 days (outside Dhaka). (Inshallah, hopefully you will receive the delivery even earlier.)
You can check the product at the time of delivery. In case of any condition or accident that results in the product being damaged, or if we have sent the wrong product, you should check the product in front of the delivery person and make the payment. No excuses will be accepted once our delivery person leaves.
However, we have some special category products that come with special stickers. You need to make the payment to the delivery man first and then check those products. When the customer unboxes the delivered products, they must record a video of the unboxing. If the video shows that we sent the wrong product, we will replace it at our own expense, and the customer will not have to pay any extra charges. However, excuses such as "I don't have money," "I ordered by mistake," etc., will not be accepted.

Yes, indeed, we provide home delivery throughout Bangladesh using various courier services.
We deliver products within seven days using various courier services. We do not have our own delivery personnel. Deliveries of ordered products often occur during official holidays, and sometimes there are delays due to specific government holidays. Deliveries typically resume after the conclusion of such holidays, depending on the courier service.
No, no sign-in is required on our website to order products. However, you must be signed in to find product locations or share product reviews with us. For that click on My Account and login.
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so by calling us at the provided phone number or messaging us on WhatsApp. However, if we have already dispatched the product via courier, canceling the order may not be possible.
To change your delivery address in your account, follow these 2 steps:
Log in to your account.
Under the title "Address," select "Manage Shipping and Billing Addresses" where you can edit the existing shipping and/or billing address information.
*Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed.
There are two ways you can update your account password
1. If you click on the "Forgot Password" link before logging into your account, you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your email address. Then, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
